We strive to provide you with the most suitable products. However, we understand that occasional discrepancies may occur. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we’ve crafted a comprehensive return and exchange policy.

Return Policy

For Stock hairpieces

  • Products eligible for return can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Quality Issues: We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Other Reasons: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use a traceable shipping service  to ensure the safe return of goods.
  • If ineligible for return, a restocking fee of 10%-70%of the product price will apply.

Products with permanent services (e.g., base haircut, hairstyle design, or curling) are not eligible for return.

For customized hair systems

  • Returns are not accepted unless there are defects in the product itself, as these are tailored to individual specifications.

Return conditions

  1. The product must remain unused and undamaged, with no trimming, styling marks, or odors.
  2. All accessories must be intact, and labels must not be removed or cut.
  3. The return request must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Exchange policy

For Stock Hair Systems
  • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
  • Quality Issues: Replacement costs will be covered by us.
  • Other Reasons: Customers are responsible for replacement costs.
  • Substandard items will be returned to you at your expense.
For Custom Hairpieces
  • Due to their personalized nature, exchanges are not offered unless there’s a defect in the product.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  1. The product must remain unused and undamaged, with no trimming, molding marks, or odors.
  2. All accessories must be intact, and labels must not be removed or cut.
  3. The exchange request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellation policy

  1. 1.Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped.
  2. 2.Once the shipment is in transit, cancellation is not possible.
  3. 3.If you no longer need the product, please follow our return policy.

Return Procedure

  1. Log in to your account and locate the order in “My Orders.”
  2. Click RETURN ITEMS.” If the button is unavailable, it may be past the 30-day return window.
  3. Fill out the required information and submit your request.
  4. Once approved, you’ll receive a RAM number and return address via email.
  5. Ship the product to the return address and update the tracking number online.

Please note that all customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs (see Return and Exchange Policy for details). Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is accepted. For exchanges, our customer service team will contact you upon receiving the return.
