Yes, Superhairsystem ships to most countries and regions across the globe through FedEx. You can connect us before placing your order.
2.What is the shipping cost?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How your shipping cost is calculated: for an order weight within 0.5kg, the shipping cost is $40. If the total weight of your order exceeds 0.5kg you have to pay an extra $10 shipping fee for each additional 0.5kg.
3. How long does it take to process my order?
Stock hair systems and wigs can be delivered immediately, which will take 3 to 5 working days before delivery.
For customized orders, the production time varies from 4 to 12 weeks according to different types of knots or substrates. Orders for extra-long hair or full-cap wigs will take an extra 2 weeks.
If you request additional services, such as cutting foundation, haircut, styling, etc., the order will take an extra 1-3 working days to be sent to you.

5.Can I change my shipping address?
If the package has not been shipped, we can help you to change shipping address.
If the package has been shipped, we can help you request a reroute if your order is shipped via FedEx or UPS. Once the reroute takes effect, it may incur an additional fee.
