Return Policy
For Stock hairpieces
We accept the return of all products eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. We will be responsible for the return costs caused by quality problems, and for other reasons, the customer will be responsible. We recommend that you use traceable shipping services to ensure that your goods can be returned safely. If it is not eligible for return, we will automatically charge a replenishment fee of 10%-70% of the product price.
If you choose permanent hairpieces services such as basic haircut, hairstyle design, curly perm, etc., the hairpieces will not be returned.
For customized hair systems
Unfortunately, as custom hairpiecess are specially customized according to individual needs and conditions, we cannot offer returns unless there are defects in the product itself.

Exchange policy
For stock hair systems
We allow exchange of all eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order. We will be responsible for the replacement cost due to quality problems, for other reasons borne by the customer. We cannot accept substandard products and will return them to you at your expense.
For custom toupees
We are sorry, because custom hairpiecess are specially customized according to individual needs and conditions, unless there is a defect in the product itself, we cannot offer a replacement.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is shipped. Once the shipment is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer need the product, please return your order in accordance with our return policy.
Return procedure
Once logged in, find the order you want to return in “My Orders”.
Click on the “RETURN ITEMS”.Please note that if you can’t find the “RETURN ITEMS” button, it means you may have more than 30 days after receiving the order.Fill out all the information required for the return and submit it.
When your return request is approved, you will see the RAM number and return address on the website and in the email sent to you.
Return the product to the return address and update the tracking number online.
Please note that all customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs (see Return and Exchange Policy for details). Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is accepted. If you request an exchange, our customer service will contact you upon receipt of the return.
